❌ Refunds Will NOT Be Issued In These Cases:

❌Change of mind unrelated to program quality or delivery

3 How to Request a Refund

If you meet the conditions above and would like to request a refund, follow these steps:

Include your purchase details Your full name, registered email address, and date of purchase

Submit before Day 2 begins Your request must be received before the Day 2 session start time

Refund processed within 5–7 business days Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase

4 Payment Plans

If you have enrolled using a payment plan, the Day 1 Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first instalment only. All remaining instalments must be completed as agreed at the time of purchase. Partial completion of a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, beyond the Day 1 guarantee window.

5 Programme Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the unlikely event that ExBi Edutech cancels or significantly reschedules a programme, enrolled students will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort — whichever the student prefers. We will notify all enrolled students via email with a minimum of 48 hours' notice wherever possible.
