3Our Programmes

ExBi Edutech offers live online training programmes delivered via Zoom. All programme details — including format, duration, and delivery — are described on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to:

• Modify programme content to improve quality or reflect updated industry practices
• Reschedule sessions with a minimum of 48 hours' notice to enrolled students
• Cancel a cohort in exceptional circumstances — in which case a full refund or transfer will be offered

4Enrolment & Payment

By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm the following:

• You are 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• The payment information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
• You understand and agree to our Refund Policy at the time of purchase

If a payment plan is selected, all instalments must be completed as agreed. Failure to complete payments will result in suspension of access to programme materials. We reserve the right to pursue outstanding amounts through appropriate channels.

6Your Responsibilities

As an enrolled student, you agree to:

• Attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully with the instructor and fellow participants
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment in all live sessions and support groups
• Not record any live sessions without the express written consent of ExBi Edutech
• Take full responsibility for implementing what you learn — results depend on your own effort and application
• Keep your login credentials and programme access strictly personal — sharing access is not permitted

7Disclaimer

ExBi Edutech programmes are designed to provide professional education and practical frameworks. However, we make no guarantee of specific career outcomes, salary increases, or project results. Individual results will vary based on your role, industry, effort, and application of the material.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ExBi Edutech and Mohammed Hussain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programmes.
